BladeBeats is a high-energy, music-powered skating fitness class that blends figure skating technique with cardio, choreography, and fun. Think SoulCycle, but on ice—with beats that make you move and drills that build your blade power.

🧊 Who is this class for?

BladeBeats is designed for skaters ages 7 through adult who are:

  • Confident skating forward and backward

  • Comfortable with basic turns and stopping

  • Looking for a fun, challenging workout on ice
    No jumps or spins required! Recreational, competitive, and adult skaters all welcome.

❄️ Do I need to be a figure skater?

Not necessarily—but you do need basic skating skills. This is not a Learn to Skate class. If you're unsure, send us a message and we’ll help you decide if you're ready to join.

🎧 What should I bring?

  • Skates (figure or hockey—your choice!)

  • Gloves

  • Water bottle

  • Layers you can move in

  • Your +5 energy and GOE grind attitude

⏱️ How long is the class?

Each BladeBeats session runs 50 minutes, with a mix of follow-the-leader drills, choreographed combos, power pushes, and stretch/recovery.
